  1. The level of risk without PEP

  2. the danger of ARV (heavy side effects/ contra-indication)

  3. the motivation of patient (if he/she stop PEP or do not follow strictly the constraints, it can induce resistance)

  4. The availability and price of ARV regime

Which protocol for efficient PEP?

There is no unanymous position becquse studies are difficult to do.
